Dear Valued Customer,
After eight weeks on the job, I am excited by the opportunities and challenges I see to ensure that we are building and developing products that drive value for you, your business, and your consumers.

We have embarked on a journey to change our approach to quality and are embedding a quality mindset through every step of the product development process from design to delivery. For those of you who have met me in person already, you’ve heard me talk about “Shift-Left” testing. This is one element of our new approach and processes that means we are testing and iterating much earlier in the development lifecycle. However, none of this matters unless each of you see and feel a difference when working with our platform and applications - which is why we want to hear from you. Here are a couple of ways that you can give us the feedback we need to continue to improve:
We are launching a quarterly NPS survey. This will launch in our app and should only take a few seconds for you to complete.
